Qcards — Become your best self

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Qcards is operated by Qi Value Systems Inc.(“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you buy from our store, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number;
  • Your shipping address;
  • Order details (the items purchased, amount, and currency).

We do not see or store your full payment-card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor, who handles your card data directly under their own security standards.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to process, fulfill, and ship your order, to contact you about your order, to handle returns or support, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it’s stored

Order data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore) in a Canadian region (Toronto), encrypted in transit and at rest. We share data only with the processors we rely on to run the store: Stripe (payments) and Google Cloud (hosting and database). These providers act on our behalf and are bound to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent (subject to legal and contractual limits). To make a request, contact us at privacy@qcards.com.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to operate the site and complete checkout. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
