These terms govern your purchase of products from the Qcards store, operated by Qi Value Systems Inc. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and are billed by Stripe at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We try to keep pricing and product information accurate; if an error occurs we may correct it or cancel and refund the affected order.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment is completed. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock), in which case you will be refunded.

Shipping

Physical orders are shipped from Canada. Postage within North America is free where indicated. We aim to ship promptly; delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

Returns & refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@qcards.com for a replacement or refund. Unopened, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty.

Intellectual property

The Qcards system — including the cards, the maps of language, artwork, and written content — is the copyright and intellectual property of Qi Value Systems Inc. Purchasing a product grants you personal use of it but no right to reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from the content.

Qcards are a self-help tool and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Please see our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
